PARENTS & CITIZENS' ASSOCIATION
The P & C Association meets in the school library at 7.30pm on the first Wednesday of each month.
Membership is open to all parents or interested citizens at a nominal cost of 50c per annum.
(NOTE - It is essential for insurance purposes that all parents be financial members of the P & C Association.)
OFFICE BEARERS
President: Mary Liston
Vice Presidents: Tracey Lieschke, Theresa Kane
Secretary: Kellie Penfold
Treasurer: Didee McKay
P & C meetings are forums for parent/teacher exchange of information and depend on an active interest being shown by all parents Annual meetings are held during March each year.

Members of P & C staff the weekly school canteen and also the catering booths at the Henty Field Days.
HENTY MACHINERY FIELD DAYS
The P & C Association, in conjunction with the Henty Swimming Pool, conducts three major catering outlets at the Henty Machinery Field Days held in September each year. This is the school's main fund raising effort and annually realises a sum in excess of $10 000 for the school, thus relieving parents of the burden of school fees, street stalls, etc.
To be able to maintain this level of financial assistance to the school, it is essential that we have the support and active co-operation of all families.
PARENTAL ASSISTANCE
From time to time throughout the year, parents are asked to assist teachers in various ways - eg sports carnivals, sports training, excursions, hearing children read, etc. Any assistance you may be able to give when these requests are made would be greatly appreciated.
